I would look at SMS fabrics. They have the correct Madrid basket weaved material and the plain black material for the seat back covers.

Default 69 Interior...

We had a low mileage 69 Granny Nova...it had one the best original taxi cab interiors I had ever seen. Sold it to an SYC member who did a big block conversion.

FYI...the basket weave pattern is the same for 69 and 70, but there is a slight difference in how the covers appear at the top of the seat back. 69 went all the way to the top....the 70 cars had a section of smooth vinyl.
