I called them about 10 days ago and they couldn't take or fill orders due to a computer issue. The guy I talked to said it was a storm related major issue and it was going to be a while before they would up and running again...no idea what the actual problem was. Could be they took a lightning strike and didn't have adequate spike protection.

I live in the area (well, an hour south) and there was indeed a large storm a couple weeks ago. I lost power for a couple days.
