Distributor is as clean as it is going to get.
Car had 24,124 miles on it when we picked it up. It now has 24,779 miles. Not going to restore or repaint it. Pic of inside of cap. The points and condenser were Echlin so did not bother with them. Plug wires were changed also. Thanks to all. Dave |

Cap looks good to me. Keep us posted as the clean up continues. I’m a big block fan especially the L78’s. 👍
The reason I ask about your cars build date was to see how close the distributor date was to the car. It’s an early 499. Thanks,
