Here is a shot from Peninsula Cars and Coffee in Seaside CA today, a short vid on the way home, and a clip of the idle.

I met some really cool people and the car was well received. At one point there was a group of guys around the car, 2 of whom served in Vietnam. I told them about the car/history etc and one of the guys said that while he was serving in Vietnam, all the manufactures, GM, FORD, MOPAR would send representatives for a convention IN VIETNAM. Soldiers could custom order their car and the car would be ready upon their return stateside.
This particular gentleman said he counted the days until he could return. Upon returning his father drove him to a dealership in Florida where he picked up his fastback 289 Mustang. I had no idea, these guys said they had friends who came home to some very cool cars they ordered. Unfortunately, not all made it back to take delivery.
I also met another guy there Joe who said he "stopped" racing in West Salem OH by the 50s (maybe 60s?), he is 81, the same age as Bruce but didn't look or talk a day over 71 so it was cool the car had the Ohio connection.
A few of the "younger" guys were taken back to their high school days in the late 70's. Some folks have no idea what the car is but they know it has a story.
One guy even asked me if I knew how special my car was because he did. I like that the car can start some really fun conversations and bring people from different generations together.
