Those exhaust ports have been welded and reshaped. The 077 heads had the D ports, 074 had round ports. Looks like they have had a lot of work.

That is not correct. The very late 074 heads had the d port exhaust port and vain like the 077 heads. I have had several sets. Here is a link with a nos set I sold on here. https://www.yenko.net/forum/showthread.php?t=169700
