Like mentioned above, the car has been known.
My understanding is that Joel acknowledged that with the parts on it, the car went thru his shop. No documents that delineate what work was done there.

Yenko did convert some non COPO 9737 1968 Camaros to 427.
The early 1968 Yenko 427 Camaros were not built on the COPO 9737 cars. Hard to say what was done to this car and when it was done and where it was done. I would post the photos on the PA drag racing sites to see if some one knows the car and original owner. I posted the drag racing photo of the DY 454 1969 Motion Camaro that was at an auction and some guys on the PA drag racing site knew the car and original owner. |
