3807 is a '67 Chevelle L79 with K19 smog, 3418 is a Corvette 427 (dual inlet). One or the other??
Attached are pix of one of two '67 L79 Nova's discussed on this site in 2018, both with script valve covers, cast intakes and Q-Jet carbs.
The casting date from the block could settle this. I agree with cinovaparts that this is likely a '66 engine transplanted from a '66 loong ago. My .02.
