I forgot to mention something that was obvious to me. YES, it is a 4x4. It also has the 2-speed transfer case, which was a stand-alone option on this year OR included with the Max Trailering package. You could only get a 3rd row delete in 2018-2020. This included the chrome grille and the 18" gray wheels from the Z71 Silverados.

The Chevy Tahoe LS trim level featured a chrome grille, 18" painted aluminum wheels, 18" all-season blackwall tires, and third-row seat delete (reducing seating capacity to 5 from 8) if ordered with the Custom Edition package."
