I did not see it before it went across the block. After the sale it was closed up. Paint and body very nice not original (to me). What I saw look restored...very nice car though.

The blue car that sold at the end of Thursday was a nice was a nice driver with missing pieces that also brought good money.

The 73 restored RS Z28 (also silver/black) was super sharp and to me a reasonable buy (4 speed air car).

I usually pay more attention to things but sort of distracted this year. There was a 2nd gen at Mecum I think a 71 that also brought 100K +.

The owner demanded the dust must remain on this GNX. Dirty cars piss Craig Jackson off, it at least made a little joke about this one when it was on the block. “It’s so original and untouched, we left the dust on it.”

This was my last auction car for January 2024. Had a great time working with my Barrett Jackson family. Will probably work at the next Scottsdale BJ auction in October 2024.
