I used the Sylvania kit to clear up the old Jeep lenses, did a few years ago and still holding up pretty good. If I get another year or so, I can live with that. Took about half hr per side. If you want to get really nuts, just get a cheap pair out of the junkyard and do them while you do the ones on the truck and just swap them out in a few years

I work at a GM dealer and I'm pretty sure both right and left headlamp assemblies are still available at about $215.00 each for a 2004 Suburban. If you ever see a vehicle coming down the road with a vibrating headlamp, you can bet it's an aftermarket part.
