Dale's car is the real car. Numerous ways to prove it. Stories about other cars are incorrect.
A lot of early pro stock cars were dipped or had dipped parts. I don't remember anybody checking metal thickness. |

I would like to see the proof. Several pictures in this thread proves that the Pittsburgh car is a fake. Just try to find the "Penske" installed roll cage. It seems the A pillar bars are missing in all the posted pictures. I know there is pictures floating around on the web that show the drivers side door open with the grump in the car and no "Penske' cage and you can see the butternut yellow paint is as clear as day.
