This is a great concept ! These photos help everyone with their efforts.
My guess is it's a '65 lineup... Disc brakes and a "HL" coded 365HP engine with T.I., which I don't believe was available in '66.

Absolutely endorse this, I've wished for some time, that these vintage pics could have their own thread, but, much to Steve's dismay, I encourage the pics of specific plants to be grouped together, rather than everything mixed up. It would help us see each plant's procedures in an organized manner. I'm not very good with organizing but I would be willing to help with this in some way.
As for years included, I think 1962 was the start of the factory supercars for drag racing. The big 3 were building some amazing combos that led to where the genre eventually went. Maybe end with the 1972 models ???

----While I have seen this pic before, when you said that the chassis had a TI coil I realised that the car had to be a 64, not a 63 (1st year for TI) then I noticed the 64 style shifter. What thru me was the exhaust blackout which has been discussed just lately, but only for 63s. Apparently this blackout extends into the 64 production year. I'm almost posative the blackout like this did not extend into 1965.....Bill S
