my boss goes to Mecum & jackson often. he is a very high roller.His thing is resto mods.Be carful if you are buyng. He has been burned more than a few times by dishonist sellers.
The auction house is not involved in the problems.He bought a 1960 resto mod for 100,000 dollars and two years later it is just sitting collecting dust.Short storry, cracked block and major electrical problems.
