Great Friend
Thanks for posting the pictures. Always a great time to connect with my good friend Rob. It was a comfortable morning for cars and coffee and a short cruise on the way home. Life really is good!!!!

Official Production Date
Well I’m a few days late posting this, but the GM official production date was 7/1/1969. My COPO turned 55 on Monday.
I also realized it was 7/1/2020 when I first saw it and committed to the purchase. Cheeers, Marty

Took a look for Landers’ Ads w/ 427 cars, no luck w/ Chevelles as thread subject but they did advertise COPO Camaros 06/69 as Ad below, possibly 9N650383 which the Registry here notes as a known car?  ~ Pete .

Thanks Marty, yep a great COPO Camaro Ad but too bad there’s nothing for 427 ‘Velles. Landers consistently advertised generic ‘Biggest Little Dealer’ Ads over the years but little ever w/ specific vehicles listed, below the best I saw including ‘68 Camaro w/ 427 added by Landers. Love to hear more of performance cars Landers built and/or delivered, especially any existing cars. ~ Pete .

I have a half dozen dealerships bookmarked and check regularly but "Landers" has drawn a blank so far. "Vogel Chessman" in LaSalle ILL has also drawn a blank.
