No "market adjustment". Direct Quote: "Your final price will be MSRP including our administrative fee of $472 for out of State deals or $499 for NH customers. We collect your estimated tax and registration fees for your state. All vehicles must be registered prior to delivery. We report the car delivered to GM once the car is built and invoiced. All vehicles must be paid within 7 days of the car being built."
