Clear coat now sprayed before any cutting and polishing.

While the paint was curing I changed my attention to getting the wheels restored .
After blasting the original wheels were epoxy primed, then the rear inside and center of the wheels were painted Black. Then the front sides painted body color .

Body color on fronts up next, base coat and then clearcoat just like the main body .

Time to mount some tires .......
My neighbor owns a small repair shop/gas station in town ,and he was nice enough to let me use the tire machine at his shop to mount and balance these tires .
