I think the surround panel has been worked on between the hood and headlight doors for the common rust issue and not very well. It appears wavy and low on the right side, possibly causing the gaps there. The right HL door appears to be in good alignment with the rest of the panel around it and there is a bubble on the left, presumably from rust still under it. The rest of the gaps look decent..
