1967 makes perfect sense. My friend had one and I had '65. He put in a new cassette player and gave this to me.
Mine doesn't have the channel select buttons. I looked and there is numbers all over it. You used to be able to tell by the capacitors. But I forget how to read the numbers.
Here is what I found in ink stamp.
703190 981 HT3 84

Here is what I found stamped in the metal.
On the top 15D 40279 B0L
Left Side 10378 T7SM7
Right Side 40280 B01
Back Side - No Stamps in Metal

Jason, does that tell us anything?
