Maybe try clearing the cache on your browser. Sometimes that helps!

I cleared my cache (3) times and they still didn't recognize my email, sent (5) requests for "Forgot Password" resets with no reply so I had to re-register with a new user name. This is stupid because I get emails from them with listings every day for vehicles I have told them I am interested in. I'm telling you, it's because of the 1979 4.9 Trans Am I have an up coming listing for, it blocked my account I'm telling Ya! LOL Bill
