I have spoken the technical support provider. Each user email is @spytostyle.com. Usually the get caught in and put in "awaiting confirmation email " and never get registered. The way this works is they need to check a box to confirm it's not a software generated (BOT) and this catches the majority. Lately they are actually registering, which is a real issue.
