  The claim is a rare color combo and I have to agree. Never seen a Daytona in Bright Red with a Red interior. Wrong Mangum wheels BTW. Those are 68s. Beginning in 1969 Chrysler went to trim rings - brushed finish.

 A rare car indeed. Dodge only made 315 383 GTS convertibles and of those only 44 had a 4 speed. This is one of those 44.
