71 Ralley wheel paint

LOL...............Hear I am FOUR Years later....Still asking

1) Anybody reading this know of a PPG Jobber that can still mix the above formula with SUEDE additive..

2)I have a very old unopened pint can that I'm wondering if still useable ????

3) How many wheels (one side) might be painted with ONE pint of the PPG 32961 Lacquer..........

If the can was stored correctly meaning it never froze, then I’d bet that it’s still good. I would think a pint would refinish the face of a couple sets of wheels.
