I didnt think it was but at least 2 people had said it was so I had to ask the experts I've seen what NOS rolled tips looks like - and it wasn't like this! Thanks Mr70

These rolled tips are from a 69 l78 chevelle that was turned into a race car on day 1. They were in the original owners attic for 53 years wrapped up in towels.
