I'd leave that one alone and just photograph and cover it up. The good news is the upper left-hand corner of the document is intact. Some of the NCRS records for 1969 are missing, but I would work with you to get this one validated if you send it in and we have the Shipping Records on the Microfiche. If we cannot validate, you would be refunded your fee.
