Had to have been added, as there were no 67 Z/28s with spoilers from the factory.
You can't count the "magazine" car that they put a spoiler on... it isn't even the same contour as the one that came out for the 68 MY.

MANY first gen Camaros had those spoilers added. I bought my '67 in '71 and the first thing I did was go to the local dealer and buy one for $32 over the counter and put it on...instant coolness. Next was a dual exhaust to replace the single.

Totally agree and understand what your saying - however, if your going to restore the car as it is currently - would you not take off the spoiler or at least, fix (delete) the stripe below the spoiler??
