That pic certainly shows what I was thinking, it needs 4 cables, each charging 3 batteries. Hopefully it comes with all 4 cables, since that is what they talk about.

Each of those ports supports three sets of cables (six total cables, three pos and three neg.) So, there are no extra wires needed. 12 sets of cables to charge or maintain 12 batteries simultaneously.
