We have a goodyear (I think) and I have had to replace the orings in the hub about 3 times now. not sure why but it likes to leak

I had hose reels in my (full-time) auto repair. Whenever I shut down the air (drained of pressure) and re-pressured them both hose reels leaked at the O rings for a 1/2 hour or so. Then they sealed tight.
