I thought the same and searched Connolly etc yesterday, a few Vette guys but nothing clicked late 60's early 70's era. The centering part makes sense w/ the next lines too so Fla. missing at bottom but last word of middle line after Corvette Racing may be Services/Engines/Machine/Suppliers/Equipment/Parts? Lots of USRRC races in Pensacola featuring Corvettes in the '60s.....and Roger Penske was certainly there.
