I bought a NOS cap that had the screws. I destroyed a RS cap, that was in worse shape than the one pictured, to get the rivets. Removed the screws and installed the old rivets. They fit snugly,(not snug enough to need a press) but I used JB weld for added security. May help somebody else doing the Judging thing.

Thanks guys. I will be selling it and didn't want to misrepresent it.
The repro SS cap i got 14 years ago from Classic HEADQUARTERS, not Industries, is riveted. Too bad they riveted them all off clock and the SS sits crooked...
