No. There would be no reason for GM to include those or the expense since it was just a spare. Nice and valuable tire by the way.

Rick is correct, .... again.
 And my Chevelle was originally equipped with General 700 BIA/BELTs.Here's a shot from 1971 just after I put the M/T L60s on the back.
