No, just the hose. It comes VERY close to the inner fender, and original cars almost always have the paint rubbed off the inner fender by the hose. But no protective wrap.

Others may have correct ones now, but it used to be that Ground Up was the only vendor offering the correct shaped 66-67 Chevelle 396 (and 65 Z16) PS pressure hose. It actually passes under the pump and then comes up between the pump and the pulley. Many vendors sell an incorrect one that routes entirely behind the pump.
