Have you tried to contact anyone in your local area that does dry ice blasting? You're doing a single car? Might be a lot cheaper to have them come to your location and blast what you want. Even a couple of grand is a lot cheaper than buying one.

The picture in the eBay ad - thats the same setup they were using on that This Old House episode. The company goes from place to place removing mold, slightly charred wood and soot. The last two - they actually remove the smell through the process.
