First I'm not familiar with this type of raised letter/# and 3 digit stamping. If we were to conclude this is a 10 digit code DYLCJ6A372 then this was manufactured the 37 week of 1972. This configuration used on this tire doesn't represent the mid to late 60's dating system. The odd thing is the spare tire is correctly dated March of 69
