I would STRONGLY caution anyone who is planning to venture into the City of Cleveland while in town for the Chevelle Show. The area of the host hotel and surrounding suburbs is very safe. But if anyone is planning on going to the Christmas Story House, which is in the Tremont neighborhood of Cleveland, I would strongly advise not doing so. Much like other major cities, the crime in the City of Cleveland has really spiked. Mainly armed car jackings. If you want to go downtown to the Rock Hall or to an Indians game you should be fine. The Christmas Story house is in a "not so good" neighborhood.
Not to scare anyone, just trying to keep everyone safe... Rich
