69 air cleaner base

Does anyone know what this air cleaner base is off originaly? It has 2 rubber type plugs pushed in from bottom, and it has the angled 45 degree breather tube. I don't think its a repo, as the screen spark arrestor has the GM logo, and it compares in quality to a known GM original.
