Same place I bought my set up from several years ago. The $10 lock is a cheap chinrose. Mine had one and it was OK, but seems experienced people can pick it too easily. I was going to order the Abus lock for $40, but the shipping quote was $19 ! WTH, to ship a small lock ? They are gone on vacation until the 28th, so will wait and call when they get back to see if they can get the shipping cost down to around $10.
