yes - survivor and full resto (with plating) are the same $$. He just provides the service because some people want to keep their survivor looking correct. Also, turn around on survivor resto is a lot quicker.

Just getting a survivor pump back from Fred (sent in November) and sent him another survivor pump today. I asked if I could get the new one I sent him back in May and he said he would. Very responsive to emails and he follows up!
