Well, we can always work out a time share deal with my Gramma's 75 'bird (long enough for you to repaint it)...
;-) Yeah these people think they're saving money somehow by not registering/paying sales tax but they are just making the car un-transferrable without a current bill of sale with the same name of the person on the title.
