I believe I have the air cleaner you are looking for. I need to dig it out, and take some photos.

I checked the air cleaner today, and mine is not the same. The snorkel is offset to the driver side of the car or left side. I checked with a friend who said it was probably for a 67 Chevelle or Impala.
