Those look nice

NT (Norris Technologies) wheel date code is dd/mm/y, so they're 4th of December, 1968. Per Colvin's book, 1969 XE application is Chevelle "A" disc brake, Base. They were also used in 1968 on Chevelle w/disc brakes. They were later replaced by a code YV wheel.
