I have never seen an NOS RS inner fender for a '69 Camaro and I have actively been searching out parts for over forty years. So based on that, I would say they are rare.

I believe you can take standard inner fenders and punch out the hole size you need on the dimple marks to convert to RS.

Greenlee sells all the punch sizes so you can make it look factory.

The RS inner fender part numbers are 3945791 LH, 3945792 RH. Standard inner fenders are numbers 3935917 LH, and 3935918 RH

The 3945792 RS RH inner went discontinued on 7/80 and superseded to the standard inner fender. The LH RS went discontinued just prior to the RH side.

Thanks. I have to check the part numbers to see if someone put the holes in mine or if they are actually NOS RS ones.
