The HURST wheels were packaged differently also.
You could get 2 wheels in a steel drum as shown below. I have the drum and lid, but I’m missing the heavy steel ring and bolt that secures the lid to the drum. There were 3 different style caps offered. 1) The common flat cap with HURST sticker. 2) The three prong spinner cap. 3) The bullet cap with three small stickers. The bullet box. This one is empty. That bullet cap box uses the same color scheme as this Line Loc box from early 65.
