I don't see anything related to the hood of a car let alone hood pins. I believe (???) the two latch hood system is a federal requirement which manufacturers have to provide.
I believe this issue to be a personal discretion thing here. 3 counties here in Delaware, and speaking to friends in all 3 counties seem to go by differing rules. Seems Kent is stricter than the other 2 according to some I have spoke to. Delaware STILL emission tests back to 68 as well. I've even been nabbed for decibel level violations more than a few times.

Guys...all I need to know is about the hood pin kit versus the cheap kits. Please, I would appreciate it. I have been dealing with Delawares BS since 1974, there are ways around these differences between each county. Thanks in advance.
