Actually this is a nOS wheel, all kidding aside, lol
Years ago the Display ship I worked at had the Kelsey Hays account, this wheel is a 7” snowflake like on my car, one day my bud there was scrapping out some of the wheels, this was one, they told him to destroy them, drill holes in them, I took a Eldo and a Grand National one too. Plus two Kelsey mags, These wheels hung on a wall at the SAE show and SEMA.
