If FRITO is for real (and I doubt it) he should start another thread with his question and take the time to present it properly or move on.

Its hard to cover your trax on the internet, remember the red Shelby thing.

Have you sorted it out finally? Can they give you any other number just for testing? It is strange they cannot fix the problem. Or it is something fishy with these numbers and they do not want to disclose and admit it. What if you tell them that you will terminate the contract and find a different provider? Will they care in this situation? You may find and read more about such cases on the internet.
