I'm not sure why a fatality rate of approximately 0.04% is enough to justify these draconian measures that we're seeing being implemented. This is going to cripple a lot of the country. Any number of deaths is unfortunate, and I pray for those ill and those who've died, but in hard numbers I can't see how this is different than any other airborne virus/flu strain.

FYI those numbers you posted show a 4% fatality rate...that's pretty drastic difference from 0.04%
