I continue to be amazed at how well this is going. Only one therapy session so far. Doing my home exercises religiously. Already making progress on range of motion. Still no pain meds, not even over the counter stuff. I guess I have lived with so much shoulder pain for so many years, it prepared me for this journey. Some days my OTHER shoulder hurts more than the one I just had replaced.
