A white scotchbrite pad,dipped lightly in paint thinner.If not work,go to the more abrasive green pad..if not work,go to even more abrasive black pad.
If not work,go back to the white pad & dip in the ever powerful Goof Off,then work up to more abrasive pads again.
Wear gloves as Goof Off will melt the scotchbrite pad & shroud if left on long enough.
