Yeah, they specifically said that during the restoration the decision was made to paint the stripes white to match the vinyl top. They were originally black.

Agree. The ad acknowledges that fact: "Also during the restoration the decision was made to change the color of the stripes from black to white, which looks amazing."

I will tomorrow. I saw the stamping. Didn’t take a pic though.
Looks like it sold for a reasonable price, especially considering it was at BJ and some other Z/28’s went for significant dollars more. |
