Headers and the plenum air intake were factory options "furnished loose" in the trunk. Dealer installation was at additional cost. The only way to know for certain a '67 was ordered with them is original paperwork. They are not obvious on paperwork unless you know the pricing:
Z28................................$358.10 Z28 w/plenum air intake...$437.10 Z28 w/exhaust headers.....$779.40 Z28 with both..................$858.40 1968 followed the same procedure.
